āhāra is built by Hardik, a professional chef whose career has taken him through some of the most respected kitchens in the world, across Europe and Asia, including one recognized among the very best restaurants on the planet. Years in high level kitchens taught him how much precision, sourcing, and intention go into food that actually nourishes, not just food that looks good on a plate.
Hardik holds a Master's in Molecular Gastronomy from Barcelona, a Culinary Arts degree from New York, and a Bachelor's in Information Technology and Data Analysis. That rare mix means every recipe is approached like a chef and studied like a scientist, using molecular gastronomy to engineer flavor combinations that deliver on both taste and quality, with nothing left to chance.
Hardik is also an athlete, and he brings that discipline to the table. He understands nutrition not as a buzzword but as fuel, the difference between simply eating and genuinely recovering. āhāra is built around that same goal: real energy, proper nourishment, and rejuvenation you can feel, not just macros on a label.
Having trained and travelled across the world, Hardik is now channeling that experience back into the Ayurvedic roots that India has curated for thousands of years. āhāra is being built between New York and Mumbai, with plans to move fully to India to work directly with farms, farmers, manufacturers, and recipe development on the ground. The mission is simple: honor the people who grow the ingredients, and bring the wisdom of food as medicine to a modern table.
